State your requirement i.e. date(s), single / twin/double / family and contact details. 

Please read Getting Here page reference location [property does not have a large sign outside so use Google Map / House No. 48 / images. There is a private car park [one bay per room]

Give notification of arrival time and update. Have a phone handy. If I am out there is nobody to let you in.

Please ensure that there is email / text confirmation of booking requirement, guest names, contact, rate agreed,  and date(s) of stay.

Room rates [excluding breakfast]:

  • Single:                                            £65.00 - £75.00

  • Twin / double:                              £70.00 - £90.00

  • Family:                                         £85.00 - £140.00

Rates may also be higher for special events e.g. Big Cheese, concerts and sports events in Cardiff.

Breakfast is not included unless requested and stated in booking confirmation. Standard English breakfast £9.50; light /child / continental £7.50 [payments in cash or bank transfer; not card].

Payments: 

Payment by bank transfer, or cash on arrival if agreed.

Booking.com will take card payments.

Deposit payments should be made by BACs into my business account in advance of stay. Account details provided at time of booking. Please advise when transfer is carried out.   

Payments are usually expected in full in advance for bookings of 1 night duration or minimum 50% for more nights, non-refundable. Booking.com terms of payment are separate and may vary. I can not modify b.com bookings. Go through their customer services rather than message property / me direct.

Where booking is made on day of arrival, or where there is difficulty overseas, a deposit can be waived.

Overseas customers must incur any additional  bank charges although I would recommend Western Union for a fixed fee smaller sum. Please add any transfer charges to your tariff. If significant difficulty / cost is incurred, deposit can be waived.

THE BUSINESS IS NOT VAT REGISTERED. THE RATE IS THEREFORE  WITHOUT TAX, AND NONE WILL BE ADDED. 

REFUND / CANCELATION POLICY

Booking.com policies and disputes are handled by booking.com. 

 We do not enjoy the benefits of larger hotels and chains in being able to re-occupy rooms or absorb losses when a booking is cancelled. Other enquiries may have been denied.

A REFUND  IS ONLY OFFERED IF THERE IS AN UNSATISFACTORY FAULT WITH ROOM AND IF AN ALTERNATIVE ROOM CANNOT BE PROVIDED, OR IN THE UNFORTUNATE CASE OF A 'DOUBLE BOOKING'.

REFUNDS CANNOT BE OFFERED FOR CURTAILMENT OF STAY.

PAYMENT / COMPENSATION FOR ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION CAN NOT BE OFFERED . 

 

RECEIPTS:

Confirmation of payment is communicated on completion of transaction and  sent by e-mail  (be sure to provide an email address contact) or text. Business-style  receipt can be  provided by email upon request. Hand written receipts provided on arrival, upon request.
