PLEASE ensure that there is email / text confirmation of booking requirement, guest names, contact, rate agreed,  and date(s) of stay.

ROOM RATES :

The lower rate on scale below tends to apply on 'room only' booking basis and longer durations of stay.

  • SINGLE:                                            £40.00 - £50.00

  • TWIN/DOUBLE:                              £50.00 - £65.00

  • THREE OR MORE PERSONS SHARING: £65.00 - £95.00

Rates may also be higher for special events e.g. Big Cheese, concerts and sports events in Cardiff. 

Rates vary according to occupancy level,  duration and time of stay, and whether breakfast is included. Rates are periodically adjusted for season and special events.

 

PAYMENTS:  

CARD PAYMENTS ARE NO LONGER TAKEN.

CHEQUES ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IN ADVANCE. 

THE BALANCE NEEDS TO BE PAID IN CASH ON ARRIVAL. 

All DEPOSIT PAYMENTS should be made by DIRECT TRANSFER [BACS] into my business account, or cheque, in advance of stay. Account details provided at time of booking. Please advise when transfer is carried out.   

Payments are usually expected in full in advance for bookings of 1 night duration.  

Where booking is made on day of arrival, or where there is difficulty overseas, a deposit can be waived.

  A PayPal facility is not available. 

Overseas customers must incur any additional  bank charges although I would recommend Western Union for a fixed fee smaller sum. Please add any transfer charges to your tariff. If significant difficulty / cost is incurred, deposit can be waived.

 We do not enjoy the benefits of larger hotels and chains in being able to re-occupy rooms or absorb losses when a booking is cancelled.

Other enquiries may have been turned away on account of your booking.

National accommodation providers usually take payment in advance and strict conditions and/or insurance is optional.

A REFUND  IS ONLY OFFERED IF THERE IS AN UNSATISFACTORY FAULT WITH ROOM AND IF AN ALTERNATIVE ROOM CANNOT BE PROVIDED, OR IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENTUALITY OF A 'DOUBLE BOOKING'.

REFUNDS CANNOT BE OFFERED FOR CURTAILMENT OF STAY.

PAYMENT / COMPENSATION FOR ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION CAN NOT BE OFFERED . THE MARKET RATE ELSEWHERE IS LIKELY TO BE HIGHER.

 

RECEIPTS:

Confirmation of payment is communicated on completion of transaction and  sent by e-mail  (be sure to provide an email address contact) or text. Business-style  receipt can be  provided by email upon request. Hand written receipts provided on arrival, upon request.
