Direct bookings are always preferred and rate will reflect situation at that moment in time, and not cross checked with b.com rates. Better rates may be offered for multiple nights but this can not be guaranteed. A non refundable 1st night deposit will be required by bank transfer to secure the room, and balance settled on arrival.
Check-out. 10.30 A.M As a small independent, enough time has to be allowed for all cleaning tasks and errands to be performed before next arrivals. Breakfasts served and run from 0700 to 0930.

Rooms need to be ventilated in the day and will be attended to between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 a.m.

FAMILY/GROUP 'SUITE' consists of 2 adjoining connecting loft rooms on 2nd floor; steeper staircase !! 1 room has x 2 single beds, plus 1 Futon; 1 single bed in other room with en-suite. Has velux windows and in rare summer heatwave can be quite hot between 15.00 - 18.00 but mitigated with breeze with all windows open. £65.00 - £130.00 Depending upon occupancy.
This is the only official website. Information and images on booking.com are up to date and submitted by myself. Other websites may include inaccurate and out-of-date information, which I have no control over. Tripadvisor in particular shows obsolete and inaccurate representations of the property today from 2012. I have been unable to persuade them to remove despite my concerns.
