Notice needs to be given of arrival time and sometimes an alternative arrangement is in place for guest access in my absence from premises. The business is principally a bed and breakfast service, and as a sole proprietor I am not on the premises all day to welcome guests.  

Debit/ credit cards/ cheques are not accepted. Deposits are usually paid in advance by BACS or cheque. Balance in cash upon arrival.
