Check-in is usually from 4.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. Flexible by arrangement. Please advise and update on ETA as my presence on property is not always guaranteed before 4.00 p.m. If I can not be at the property for any given arrival before 4.00 pm, alternative self entry may be necessary by prior arrangement. Requesting an earlier check-in should not be asked lightly as it could throw out my own routine and tasks significantly. Please be realistic regards traffic if travelling from afar.

Check-out.  10.30 A.M  As one man show, enough time has to be allowed for all rooms to be attended to, errands etc before next arrivals. Possible to extend this to 11.30 by arrangement, but on high turnover days this may not be possible, particularly, weddings and events in Cardiff.

This is the only official website. Information and images on booking.com are up to date and submitted by myself. Other websites may include inaccurate and out-of-date information, which I have no control over. Tripadvisor in particular shows obsolete and inaccurate representations of the property today from 2012. I have been unable to persuade them to remove despite my concerns.
