Getting here / Check-In

Check-In / Out:

It is very important that I have a close-to- reliable time for arrival to greet and arrange access. There is no Reception.  It is strongly advised to have a mobile phone to contact me to give reasonable notice on the day. Check Google Map for precise location, and images of property on b.com and here on website. There are no prominent signs [neon or otherwise] outside property. No. 48 St Martin's Road. CF831EJ

Check-In:

From 16.00  [weekdays & Sunday]; 14.00 Saturdays

Earlier arrivals can be arranged subject to agreement (e.g. weddings etc) and depending on room readiness. Keys can be collected and baggage dropped off from 13.00. Access to rooms cannot be promised before 14.00, as the whole house needs serviced ready for all guest arrivals. Heating does not click in until at least normal check-in times [appreciate this, especially in winter months].

Check/ Out: 10.30
