Generally, for shorter visits, 2 or 3 nights, the rate offered per room per night reflects this. 1 night's stay is usually charged at the higher rate of the scale.

Discounted rates can be negotiated for longer stays and breakfast requirements can be 'reduced' to offset against rate.

Rates for longer stays will be based on a 4-night stay, paid in advance. If the actual number of nights stayed is cut short, there will be no refund. This is to safeguard against some 'firms' that say they will be around for several weeks but may only stay, say, one week or a couple of nights.

A better rate for longer stays will be considered for those who are willing to pay up-front.
